Original Message This guys takes are usually pretty interesting. Is this a "conspiracy" entering the mainstream? I find him pretty neutral by the way, I think he personally supports Ukraine but find his coverage pretty down to the facts (and I tend to lean a little towards Russia btw). He is referencing an article that says some in the know think there is a secret deal.

Anyways just an interesting theory that basically USA is supporting but nerfing Ukraines capabilities to only "in theater" weapons and China is doing their best to hold Russia back to keep this from going world wide. Keep it at proxy war but they have some agreement to not let it get bigger.
