Original Message The mother of two, Nicola Bulley 45, was last seen walking her spaniel Willow at about 9.15am last Friday along the River Wyre in Lancashire while dialled into a business call. The dog harness and lead were found near the bench, along with her cellphone. The dog was dry and found loose and worried running like crazy around that spot.

There were no signs of the woman slipping and falling into the river.
