[quote:Anonymous Coward 320717:MV81NTc3OTRfOTkyNTc4M19EREQ1RUY1Ng==] [quote:czygyny] Hi czygyny, Thanks for posting your beautiful experience. This was not a dream, but a vision while awake? Were you meditating? I've never had anything like that. I love the apple symbolism, I call my mom "apple of my eye" all the time. Best wishes. B Howdy, B.! It was an awake vision, very brief. I have had a few visions and lots of dreams. They were for my own admonition, warning or direction, not a prophetic word for others. The first vision I ever had happened when I was in choir practice at an evangelical church that I belonged to. I was in a sinful condition, living with someone outside the bonds of marriage and entangled in an abusive situation. It started with me entering a hall with huge, tall, white columns. I stood before Elohim (God) although I did not see Him, I just knew it was Him. He had a thick gold chain rope necklace held before me and asked me if I thought I deserved to have the chain. I answered ‘You know whether or not I do.’ He put the chain around my neck, and did this three times, each time asking me the question, with me giving the same answer. After the three chains were draped around my neck, He asked me ‘What if I have decided to take them from you?’ I replied that He had the right to do so. He removed the chains one by one, while asking the same question each time. I then was escorted out of the hall, sans gold chains and feeling ashamed. It was that very week that I was asked to leave the choir because of my sin, but it also began some intensive prayer for my situation by the choir pastor and others and I was able to get out of the damaging relationship forever. -------- I also heard the Four Living Creatures singing, once--just a brief snippet. Awesome, incredibly deep, bass voices...‘Holy, Holy, Holy’. Don't feel bad about never having a vision. It doesn't seem something that happens very often to very many people. Some people have the gift of healing, yet I have never been able to do that, either. You might want to pray about it, perhaps He can come to you in a sweet and uplifting way?
I am so happy you got out of the abusive relationship. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship, and then after that I was betrayed by someone else who cheated on me with a married woman, that's why I am alone now. You deserve better, the very best. He did come to me once in an awesome way. It was while I was with my dog in the park, and we were surprised by a violent thunderstorm. It's a little long, but if you would like to read it, I will post the link. But it was after that, all hell broke loose in my life, my bf betrayed me, I lost my job, my mom got really sick, etc. So these good experiences scare me now, because I think they prepare me for difficult times. This is the reason why I asked that I not hear anymore. Thanks for your kind words, B
