ANALYSIS OF GG MESSAGES

Anyone else able to pick up CIA and other US government "chatter". I can, and I have.
December 27 is the day that´s freaking out the minions at the alphabet agencies (but not the controllers at the good ol´ al-CIAda network).
It sounds as if it´ll make 911 look like rather a fun day.
CAMOUFLAGED INTRODUCTION
German guy’s putting out his feelers seems inocuous enough. It isn’t too different from what can often be seen in a forum like GLP. The claim of being able to pick up CIA chatter will likely attract those who are interested in government secrecy. The use of quotation marks around “chatter” gives a somewhat tentative feel, while colloquialisms like “minions at the alphabet agencies” and “good ol’ al-CIAda network” are just amateurish enough to not attract excessive attention. Yet, all the right catch words are present, including the obligatory 9/11 reference. After becoming familiar with the calibre of German guy’s writing, the wording of his first post emerges as having been as carefully as the rest of his remarkable series of messages.
Later, Gg will introduce his “partner Felix,” whom he calls “chief coordinator in our group for all intercepts.” Gg then mentions that “he wrote the opening message in this discussion and edited another message too.” Divergent styles support the view that the messages are not a single person’s product but a group effort. Toward the end, the messages take on a distinctly spiritual flavor that stands in sharp contrast with the opening’s casual bravado.There will also be a rise in the incidence of the pronoun “we” as the messages develop. In light of this one can safely say that Gg deliberately camouflages his introduction. He wants to attract attention without prematurely raising flags, drop his information and then get out. The effectiveness of the approach can be seen from the fact that it will be several posts before anyone even thinks of asking Gg, “well, what does the chatter say?”

How do I know?
I´m a former employee for the German foreign intelligence service, the Bundesnachrichtendienst.
There are still large number of mission-critical US bases in this country. I know what they have for breakfast each morning, even the colour of their underwear.
How do the CIA tap into "al Qaeda" chatter? They use the same methodology I employ.
Analysis:
Second paragraph: “Former employee FOR the… Bundesnachrichtendienst” is a German’s word choice. Gg will later mention that he “was assigned the desk of Political Analyst (after many years as a field operative).”
Third paragraph: “There are still large number of” also points to a foreign writer. “Colour” indicates British usage, which is taught in German schools. The tidbit about breakfast and underwear is his way of saying that he is used to having close contact with Americans stationed in Germany.
Fourth paragraph: There had been no question about al-Qa’eda. Gg throws that in because forum readers have presumably tried to imagine at one time or another how the CIA intercepts messages.

I can also tell you that the US military expect to lose the war against the resistance movements in Iraq. I also know about Iran´s contingency plans for a surprise American or Israeli attack.
Analysis:
First sentence: Gg offers substantive stuff now. It is not exactly super-secret, but it does resonate with the stated views of several geopolitical analysts. Gg implies that talk about the losing Iraq proposition is afloat at the “mission-critical US bases” in Germany, whose breakfast and underwear he knows.
Second sentence: Who might be the intended recipient of Gg’s remark about Iran’s preparedness? The U.S./Israeli hawks obviously know that Iran is not sitting there tweedling thumbs. The idea in broadcasting such information is to forestall later claims propaganda claims that the horrendous Iranian response was entirely unpredictable. Will this prevent the attack on Iran? Not likely. Widely-heard early warnings may, however, force the complicit media into greater efforts of concocting a rationale for such an attack. With more ears open to the facts, the act of pulling the wool over the people’s eyes becomes more complex. The administration’s belligerence could be a notch less brazen, as a result.

President Bush is deliberately destroying your military.
Analysis:
This is a very nice follow-up on Gg’s part. While the statement is true, it is not something generally known to the American populace laboring under the illusion that President Bush considers himself to be in the employ of the United States of America. Who is it that mandates the destruction of sovereign nation states and their replacement by economic zones of interest? The transnationals that make up a part of the military-industrial-corporate-complex. In order to make this possible, three things have to happen first. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights must be weakened. The dollar has to lose its international trade and reserve standard position. The U.S. military personnel needs to be taken out of the picture as a national defense force and be eventually replaced by mercenary forces with utopian weaponry under the transnationals’ control. It is not clear to what extent President Bush is informed of the full picture, but he certainly must know enough in order to be able to play his part. Grinding up the U.S. military while stirring up conflict everywhere makes perfect sense in the context of that agenda.
Having these facts publicized ahead of time will make it difficult later to blow off the U.S.’s walking into an Iranian death trap as a tactical mistake. Gg and others say that it is deliberate, just as the destruction of the currency is deliberate. Both military and treasury are slated to be taken out from under congressional control and taken over by private entities. These are the recognizable objectives of the drive toward privatization and globalization. Gg’s mentioning it here will certainly not change the agenda. This and other publicity does threaten, however, to let the cat out of the bag prematurely.
CHAI made an excellent comment with regard to President Bush’s allegiance to the transnationals:
What honorable President would bankrupt the Treasury on needless war, squander military personnel, sabre-rattle endlesssly and accuse everybody else of being a terrorist? Fill his cabinet FULL of industrial lobbyists and make sure war-coffers were filled at everyone else´s expense?

Analysis:
“Ten past eleven” and “I must sleep soon” are a German’s way of speaking English. “Do you have any more questions?” is an invitation for someone in the forum to indicate the level of information Gg should attempt here. Although it seems clear already that he knows exactly what he wants to share, it is usually better to match information with stated expectations.

Much of the chatter speaks about nuclear detonations in your country and attacks on shipping.
I also know that the Americans are *hoping* proactively for a "terrorist" attack in Europe (especially Germany) to get European sentiment behind the Bush policy.
However, it won´t work as many journalists (and the BND) are aware of the CIA and some Mossad people who were behind the bombings in Madrid.
If the CIA goes ahead with this plan, they will be found out and the rage against America will intensify. It would mean the end of diplomatic relations between my country and yours.
Analysis:
First sentence: Gg is talking about chatter by Americans, not the al-Qa’eda group to whom “nuclear detonations in your country” and “attacks on shipping” would be attributable in popular conception. This is the novel aspect of Gg’s revelations, although he is not yet making this explicit. Ever since 9/11 there have been media stories about al-Qa’eda’ nuclear ambitions. Gg’s reference to chatter about nuclear detonations is thus not radical in itself.
Second sentence: The charge that “Americans are *hoping* proactively for a "terrorist" attack in Europe” underscores the above. Gg wants to be asked about the details of this proactive “hoping.”
Third sentence: This obvious message to CIA/Mossad ears seems redundant. Surely American/Israeli intelligence cannot imagine themselves being anonymous to their European couterparts. The real message to the CIA/Mossad therefore is that the Internet public may now be told what the Europeans know concerning the CIA/Mossad’s proactive plans for Europe. With a public informed about who the real culprits are, it might be harder to pull something off as an al-Qa’eda “terrorist attack.”
GERMANY’s STAKE IN THIS
Fourth sentence: “The end of diplomatic relations” is strong language, barely this side of a declaration of war. So, here we have it. Gg’s momentary concern is less with any U.S. 12/27 scenario, than with making sure that no ugly surprises occur in Germany. This explains why the BND lets an “ex” operative get away with whispering unpleasant stuff into American ears. It is a great way for the German government to broadcast a pre-emptive message while preserving deniability. Nobody is fooled by this, of course, because U.S. agents know that German agents can’t just blabber without some kind of green light. Still, on the make-believe level of diplomacy, the German government is maintaining completely clean hands if the messages are being given through an unknown renegade agent. At least at this stage of Gg’s operation, the references to intercepting chatter of nuclear detonations in America are peripheral. They serve the purpose of making ears perk up, but they are not the meat of the matter. Gg’s immediate objective is to discourage clandestine operations against European cities, particularly those in Germany.
WHO IS GG’s AUDIENCE?
We can now form some idea about who Gg’s audience might be. He alternates between three groups, emphasizing a point for the benefit of one or another as the occasion warrants. On a superficial level, Gg is addressing the general group of Internet users, with a special focus on the U.S. citizenry. They represent the trump card, so to speak, in his subtler game with U.S./British/Israeli intelligence. He distinguishes at least two factions among the latter. There is the proactive faction we can call the 12/27 Gang, to use Gg’s own metaphor for these communications. This is the group that plots and implements the “staged terrorist attacks” he hopes to prevent by spilling the beans. They stand in the service of a conglomerate of transnational corporations under the leadership of a financial cabal. The message Gg intends for 12/27 ears is that they must scrap plans for staging events in Germany. Gg provides the incentive for this by threatening to disclose delicate facts and backing them up with files from the BND.
Gg’s third audience is the rank and file of U.S./British/Israeli intelligence. He seems to regard many of these agents and analysts as genuinely patriotic in outlook. Gg’s message to them is to not cooperate with those who are obviously not concerned with the well-being of their own citizenry or with that of humanity at large. There appears to be a fourth group as well, and some of Gg’s apparently coded messages must be for them. These intelligence professionals may already be engaged in an organized effort of sabotaging the 12/27 Gang’s nefarious plans. We can assume that the group that calls itself “German guy” belongs to this underground intelligence organization. An American contingent of the underground is apparently engaged in active operations intended to derail 12/27 plans in the U.S. When reading Gg’s communications, it would be helpful to keep in mind that different parts of it are directed at different audiences.
Interlude:
The usual array of obfuscating noise-makers like Chicken Little do their job of diluting the general focus. Some of these characters are methodical enough to be recognized as operatives, but the bulk may not be aware of the nature of their activity.

Thank you for your many comments, some of which are extremely intelligent with good observations and others which are quite funny.
I must drive to meet some people in Frankfurt today and meet with a friend who still works at the American Consulate in the Siesmayerstrasse. (I was once a very good friend of Douglas Kramer, a Clinton appointee who was Vice Consul in 1997.)
I will get back to you later today and add some more about the CIA plans for Europe.
It is very important that readers, whether they are ordinary American citizens or members of the US intelligence services, realise that it would be extremely foolhardy to plan staged "terrorist" attacks against European centres of population.
Analysis:
First sentence: Gg expresses appreciation for the fact that there are enough people even among the general forum readership who can cooperatively put two and two together. The comment about the “others which are quite funny” is a sarcastic jab at the propaganda machine that has set these chacters loose on the Internet. “Funny” in this context should be read as trying too obviously hard.
Second paragraph: “American Consulate in the Siesmayerstrasse” is a drop for someone watching this forum, most likely a member of the underground intelligence. “I was once a very good friend of Douglas Kramer, a Clinton appointee” confirms that Gg is putting this information out with the blessing of the German government, at least a self-sufficient arm of it. Otherwise telling who his friends once were would be the next best thing to publishing his bio. The reference to Kramer and Clinton is a nod to the faction in the intelligence community that is still straddling the fence but is basically patriotic. The mention of certain persons and time periods will have a specific significance to Gg’s target group.
Third sentence: “I will get back to you later today” means that Gg is checking to see how quickly the blowback to these communications shows up in intelligence. Those in Gg’s group who are still in the BND service will analyze the situation. “Add some more about the CIA plans for Europe” is a cautionary note to the 12/27 Gang that Gg’s next piece of disclosure will depend on the kind of signal that they send while he is in “Frankfurt” with his “friend” from the “American Consulate in the Siesmayerstrasse.” In other words, the friend better have something promising to tell him before Gg gets back to the keyboard later. Needless to say, Gg will not “drive” to “Frankfurt” or anywhere else, for that matter, quite apart from the fact that he is not an individual but an organization.
Fourth sentence: Just in case that it has escaped anybody’s notice, Gg refers to his two main audience groups. There are the “ordinary American citizens,” who are his chips, and “members of the US intelligence services” with its three sub-groups, one of which is the dealer. Gg is telling the dealer that he holds a great hand that will beat the dealer’s “foolhardy” hand of “staged "terrorist" attacks against European centres of population.” Alles klar?

Yes, there is of course a lot of collaboration between the British and American services that gives rise to concern.
Firstly, it is important to draw a distinction between the ordinary and dedicated employees of the agencies at the lower and middle levels, and those in senior positions who are not really interested in national security, but long-term power politics.
The British invest heavily in power politics because they have an agenda that cannot be supported by their military. Instead, they use the American military to achieve these goals.
In fact, if the truth was known, many Americans would be horrified to learn that the American military serves the interests of the British and Israelis first and American interests last.
Tony Blair is not really a prime minister in the democratic sense. He is a rubber-stamped (by the people) Crown place-man who is really the prime minister of the City of London, which is the centre of the Anglo-Saxon financial and political.
Analysis:
First sentence: The “collaboration between the British and American services” that “gives rise to concern” means that Gg and the actives in the BND know the weakness in their hand. It is because of the British intelligence network in Europe that the “foolhardy plan of staged "terrorist" attacks against European centres of population” can be pulled off in the first place.
Second sentence: “The ordinary and dedicated employees of the agencies at the lower and middle levels” is an encouraging nod to the rank and file to get off the fence and start joining the intelligence underground. They should not let themselves be turned into cat food by the transnationals’ appointees “in senior positions who are not really interested in national security, but long-term power politics.” Gg is saying that those agents who think of themselves as working for America’s good need to help obstruct those who are working for those who envision future economic interest zones.
Third sentence: “The British invest heavily in power politics” means that the heads of the “agenda” of eliminating national entities from the global scene are sitting in London. From there they “use the American military to achieve these goals.” President Bush is therefore only a conduit that passes the agenda on, piecemeal.
Fourth sentence: With “Americans would be horrified to learn” Gg is talking to the 12/27 Gang. The message is that the BND has plenty with which to horrify the American people via the Internet and other channels. For instance, details could be made public of just how “the American military serves the interests of the British and Israelis first and American interests last.” How much of that will be revealed, Gg hints, depends on what happens during his drive to “Frankfurt” “to meet some people” and “a friend.”
Fifth sentence: “Tony Blair” being “the prime minister of the City of London” is Gg’s billboard-sized announcement of who is behind the “foolhardy plan” of “staged "terrorist" attacks.” Gg is not referring to the buildings or citizens of London but to the cabal of central bankers that caused the crash of 1929, the collapse of Europe in the early 1930s, the Hoover depression, the debacle of WW II, and every other financial tragedy right up to the imminent global monetary meltdown. Gg wants the “the ordinary and dedicated employees of the agencies at the lower and middle levels” to know that the orders passed on to them by “those in senior positions who are…interested in…long-term power politics” are coming not from the White House but from the cabal in London. Perhaps this will stimulate their patriotic sentiments and make them amenable to working with the underground saboteurs.
