Original Message Back in my early days of my college classes, the Philosophy of Science professor demanded a paper on Non-scientific sources of knowledge, I had to expose a case study and describe the method, etc. The professor presented some subjects we should choose to work on. This was one of those moments in life we make a lifetime critical decision without noticing.

Among the subjects I picked up Eschatology, which is a field that studies doom-saying, grossly speaking. The paper was no big deal and during my internet searches to develop my work I stumbled upon a website called "Educate Yourself", where I found Planet X texts, which called my attention. Following the hyperlinks finding Zetatalk was inevitable. I found a wealth of eschatological material there, in one single place.

During almost two months gathering data, something called my attention: a great ammount of references to a source called Godlikeproductions, which I started to read as a lurker, then I created my old account which perished along many others in the system crash of Christmas 2005 after 13,000+ posts.

As the result of those striking coincidences/convergences, a guy from my class chose the same subject as mine and also made his way to GLP. During those decisive eventes some win the lottery, some become free from a terminal disease, some have a spiritual experience, some make a great discovery, some meet their love for life. We started exchanging ideas over the forum, exchanged PMs, admiring each other and eventually discovered we were classmates... LOL! He is now my husband! Thanks GLP!

GLP evidently is a symbol of my happiness. Opening this webpage brings good memories. Besides that, I enjoyed the fun of debunking nonsense, watching the woo woo responses, making on-line friends.

Everything has to come to an end. Even the Sun will die some day. So enjoy every moment of your lives. Pay attention to all opportunities surrounding you, beware of the negative aspects in life that try to distract you from the beauty surrounding us.

GLP had its role in my life, now having reduced my participation owing to my new dues since I left my parents, have a house to run and a family to take care of. Should GLP end, lets store good memories of it and try to be happy, thinking of it whenever sadness strikes.
