Original Message A dear friend of mine, Scott Speck, is presenting his first major photography exhibition entitled “Through a Pinhole” at Studio Gallery (www.studiogallerydc.com) in Washington, DC, from February 04 through February 28, 2009. It features sixteen of his best black/white pinhole photographs, all shot with either large format (4x5) or medium format (6cm) film using non-electronic wood/brass pinhole cameras.

There are three receptions at Studio Gallery during the exhibition, and he will be present at all of them: Friday, February 6th (6-8 PM); Sunday, February 22nd (1:30 – 4:30 PM); Saturday, February 28th (5-7 PM).

Also, general gallery hours at Studio Gallery are:

Wednesday and Thursday, 1 - 7pm
Friday, 1 - 8pm
Saturday, 1 - 6pm

He has displayed his work previously at the Artomatic Exhibit in DC. Feel free to view his online collection at www.scottspeck.com.

And, please post regarding what you think of his work. I think he has a unique and interesting perspective and medium.
