I don't think I'm the only one who finds this fishy considering some of the speculation in other threads...A 32 year old doesn't die of heart attack, esp. not as healthy looking as her.

Detectives visit Brittany Murphy’s home – rule out foul play

Detectives visited the home of actress Brittany Murphy Sunday afternoon and found no evidence of foul play, LAPD spokesman officer Cleon Joseph tells Vancouverite.
Murphy, 32, collapsed in the shower and was pronounced dead at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 10:04 a.m. She was known for her roles in “Clueless” and “8 Mile.”
“We sent Hollywood detectives out there and after their initial investigation they decided this would be a coroner’s investigation,” said Joseph in a telephone interview on Sunday evening, indicating detectives found nothing that would suggest foul play.
“The coroner’s have taken over the case and at this time we do not see evidence of that” Joseph responded when asked if a drug overdose could have played a role.
Fans and movie stars have taken to Facebook and Twitter in droves to pay their respects to Murphy.
Ashton Kutcher, her former boyfriend and co-star in “Just married” tweeted his regrets.
”2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany’s family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon,” Kutcher’s tweet said. “See you on the other side kid.”
Her family posted a statement through her publicist asking for privacy in their grief.
”The sudden loss of our beloved Brittany is a terrible tragedy. She was our daughter, our wife, our love and a shining star. We ask you to respect our privacy at this time.”
She had married Simon Monjack in 2007.
