Since states have the right and the power to nullify federal laws like No Child Left Behind and the Brady Bill why dont they nullify the IRS and have the residents of their state stop sending money to DC? I know, I know. Somebody will come in here and post that people should just stop paying their federal income tax but the majority of people arent going to do that. If their governor told them that they were nullifying the IRS in their state though and that they no longer had to pay federal income tax people would jump. I guess its hard to nullify a law that never really was to being with but its an implied law at the very least so why cant states nullify it? This seems like a no-brainer to me.
