That means they're just dinging the title - so they're idiot partisans. Or, they read the whole post and realize I am anti-partisan, so they ding it because they're idiot partisans. Former president CLINTON signed Kyoto back in 1998. But the libTARDS railed Bush for not signing Kyoto.
So what are the facts?
Clinton's ambassador signed Kyoto in 1998 for the US.

But treaties are required by the constitution to be ratified by congress. Congress not only did not ratify but Clinton never pushed it.
Instead, the media and the liberals blamed Bush. But what could Bush do? The treaty could only be signed once and Clinton already signed it. All Bush could have done was to push congress to ratify.
But congress doesn't need formal introduction and nothing requires any process to ratifying a treaty - other than a congressional vote.
So how come all these recent democratic congresses full of supposed hippie green-loving enviros won't even bother to ratify this already-signed treaty?
Because they never intended to. The democrats are all bluster and words with no action. Marxism is their goal and the "game" requires left and right to be at each others throats while the one-party government goes about its two-faced business.
This sequence of events shows that the left is being played for fools - just lik the right. The entire left-right partisan rancor
is for entertainment purposes only.
The shame is not that Kyoto goes unratified by a solid liberal lock, but rather that you asshole left-right partisans just swallow every squirt aimed at your faces.
