[quote:Reality Is B.S:MV85OTYyNjhfMTU2NDg3MzFfNDM3MzAxODE=] When I hit 33 I had the same problem. I couldn't control my apetite and would binge. This isn't natural at all. Your body when it gets the proper food will tell you when it has enough. What worked for me was cutting almost all fructose and other refined sugars out of my diet. This means avoiding all that processed crap that tastes so good and is easy to perpare and eat. Most of the food you eat should have come from a plant that grew out of the earth. I also quit eating meat, but I really think the most important thing is not eating all the crap they put in processed food. Refined sugar and flour etc. [/quote]
Okay, this has gone too far!
I really went crazy over Valentine's week on the chocolates.
I must have gained 10 pounds.
Add that to the 10 pounds I gained over Christmas.
Add that to the 10 pounds I gained when I stopped doing physical work last autumn.
I am seriously not liking my waistline any more!
Anyone have any good Weight Loss tips?
