 Hiya TU. That's pretty darned good. We don't get many thunderstorms where I am. There sure does seem to be a lot of weird stuff going on. Hi 9teen.47!  I thought you would get lots of that in the UK. Just lots of drizzle, heh? Someday I'll get there and see it myself. During fall and spring mostly, we get kick ass thunderstorms. I love it. The lightning was so strange that evening, and really was why I and my camera ventured out. The blinky ufo's were an unexpected treat for sure. I had to decide if the camera was going to follow the ufo's, or stay put and catch the lightning. The ufo's kept coming from that 'sky window in the oncoming storm, so I held the spot. They usually stretch and flex. With the lightning they stayed in the orblike shapes and spun. Pretty cool.
