That's fine. No one is saying not to follow the rules. But why do they have to debate this point, instead of the contents of the bill? Especially as debate has just started. No one is expecting the bill to be passed today. Why are the Republicans implying that they are?

Because they are mean-spirited and partisan. They are just sorry they didn't come up with the bill themselves.

That is my barb... just read the fracking bill out loud then get busy debating its contents.. I am so pissed at the sophmoric, nay, 1st grade, playground tactics that both the Repuks and the Demons are using today.
