Always an increase on Mondays for some reason...maybe more flights or air traffic controlers are still hung over from the weekend.

Most of them last week were A-10 Hornets, and I see a few on there now.

Either they're a lot of A-10's or maybe that is just the default description for non-critical incidents.

Or do you mean the Military are causing the 'incidents'?

Okay....I watch RSOE pretty regularly, and I was about to write this off as no big deal, but even for the busiest times with airplane incidents, I never saw that many.

And yes, for some reason, they all say A-10 Hornet. Been that way for a couple of months now. At the time, I thought it was just dummy data. Not sure why it is still there :(

They don't seem to be doing anything untoward (given the last several months increases) as yet but I and many others have our eyes on them - a lot is going on at the moment and no up-turn in activity would surprise me just yet!
Biggest swarm recently to my knowledge was Yellowstone - but has gone back to snoozieville!

I just moved back to the states in Jan from Guatemala. Lots of crazy things going on down there, but as far as having any beans to spill on this subject...I got noda. I like to wait and give it time before I make any conclusions.

There is no such thing as and "A-10 Hornet". There is an aircraft called the A-10 Thunderbolt II, aka "Warthog". And I haven't seen any reports of any recent incidents involving these aircraft.

I posted this March 1st,
Thread: What is going on here?? 15, NOW 18 airplane incidents today on this map
When I first saw all the plane incidents, they WERE being called A1 Thunderbolts. Later during the day the webmaster at rsoe apparently updated, and gave more information. Most all of them turned out to be private plane incidents. It still was very unnerving to see so much craft on that map.
