thats the thing. even if chemtrails are a hoax, it is obvious that the plane exhaust is creating unnatural changes in the upper atmosphere. it probably changes the weather patterns.

No, for real, our skies where I live have been filled with them lately...

And for all you shills, WE DONT HAVE A MAJOR AIRPORT IN THE AREA..

We have a very small airport, no big planes at all and we are not within 300 miles of a big city...

I always a little skeptical about chemtrails, but this video is very interesting.

Same here in Scotland. Every nice day we have the sky is covered in criss crosses then the clouds appear. Looks very heavy like it's gonna rain... hasn't rained for weeks.

Then all the sudden they will be everywhere.

Within 48 hours we have major rain/snow...

§ 330. Definitions
As used in this chapter—
(1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
(2) The term “person” means any individual, corporation, company, association, firm, partnership, society, joint stock company, any State or local government or any agency thereof, or any other organization, whether commercial or nonprofit, who is performing weather modification activities, except where acting solely as an employee, agent, or independent contractor of the Federal Government.
(3) The term “weather modification” means any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior, or dynamics of the atmosphere.
(4) The term “United States” includes the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and any territory or insular possession of the United States.
