Anyone else feeling fatigued?

WHOA same here- sugar craving and all. I've been off sugar for a few months now.

this past few months i have started eating healthily, exercising, stopped drinking, but STILL the fatigue remains.

told the doc about this on Monday and she said 'well the thing about Fatigue is it's very NEBULOUS!'

Yes, been a difficult few days...getting tired of the damned winter never seeming to end...

Everything under a meter or so of snow over here.

I have a high metabolism too, and my sleep pattern has been all over the place for 2 - 3 weeks

Extremely, more than usual. Can't do yoga, can't do anything but the most basic chores, feeling very achy and flu-ish and terribly exhausted yet also having insomnia. This has been for about 3-4 days now.

YES! Craving licorice candy, the salted kind you get at real candy shops. I have also been off sugar for months. WEIRD.

I think there's something going on- it may even be sun related. I feel like crap...like I'm drugged or something. Felt this way for a few days already.

Very fatigued. I've been feeling this way for about a week. It's gotten worse the past few days.

My husband just complained a minute ago that he's been falling asleep while watching t.v. the last few nights. The change of season, maybe? It's warmed up here considerably.

I started watching my food intake and it's helped although I am still scatterbrained. Just not as bad as I used to be. Eating more fiber to get the poo out.

I have felt fantastic today.

... No chemtrails today. ...

However, most days I am fatigued, and for no logical reason. ... Except, coincidentally, most days we are slathered with chemtrails.

Hell yes! I have spent the past two weeks taking classes and tests on new foodborne diseases that have been brought to America in the past 10 years. This shit is frightening.

The fact is... there is no FRESH AIR!. The chemicals laid out by aircraft as you can see are draining us and the plant life. The chemical soup is disrupting water cycles and that includes us too. Many think these are vapor but no condensation ever keeps its form. NEVER, NEVER NEVER.... Watch real clouds get caught in the chemical soup and they soon evaporate. These chemicals are not vapor, thats why they last so long in the skies. Chemical spraying happens in high or low altitudes and any season. The global assault is killing our plant life. GO LOOK. Look at the lifeless colors... we had beautiful color greens.... now its dark green/brown. THOUSANDS OF TREES AND SHRUBS DYING. THE HAZY FALLOUT SUFFOCATING THE PLANT LIFE. NO BUGS EITHER GO LOOK!! DROUGHT PRODUCING CHEMICALS. Real clouds die in the soup..... watch and you will see. Those who whine that filling the skies everyday full of the sticky chemicals is vapors. Moisture they are not.... CONDENSATION from any engine exhaust dissipates within minutes, not keep its form or spreads out and forms a blanket. Not from a engine. NEVER HAS NEVER WILL. You mean our atmosphere can not acclimates vapors coming out of those engine? Chemical spraying that last all day long is not CONDENSATION.... vapors dissipates as it always has. There is no humidity either.... not a drop of moisture..How Chemtrails cause drought. OUR RAINS ARE FEW AND LIGHT AND MOST OF THE TIME THE SKY IS COVERED IN THE CHEM BLANKET... That said, I think I need to snap out of this, as I have slept VERY late 5 days in a row and still didn't want to get out of bed. I don't feel bad at all, and in fact enjoyed the wild dreams I've been having.

And no I don't eat junk food AT ALL. Or do any drugs at all. And I'm not sick, just want to sleep. I think it's hormonal though.

really exhausted for no reason. Started several days before the time change. Woke up last Sat. feeling really weighed down....before even rising from bed. Simple things seem to be much more of an effort.

I have had that. It sort of peaked tonight. Daughter here has been wiped out too.
Although the X Ray flux chart doesn't show much more than an A, I feel like the sun is affecting people...up through the next few hours... regardless if the news covers it or not I feel that is happening...

I've been feeling the same for the last two or three weeks. I work out four times a week usually, I eat very healthy, dont really drink much, no pop or candy or anything and generally was getting my 8 hours of sleep. The last weeks have been hell, my stomach has been messed up where I am hungry but need to force myself to eat, Im getting cravings for cookies and brownies and other crap. I keep sleeping and never want to get up, usually my body wakes me up after 7-8 hours and I feel really alert and rested now I feel like crap no matter how much sleep I get. Once I'm awake and at work it kind of gets better but then I get in my car to drive home and I feel like my desire to do anything has vanished. I really can't understand what has gone on to change things.

I think so...the sun. This should pass soon although there is a new sun spot...
