Suzanne Kosmas (D) Staff Thuggery Against Constituents

We got this chilling eye-witness account of thuggery that Democrat representative Suzanne Kosmas and her staff are doing to their constituents who speak out against her tyranny. The sad thing is - that district actually voted in favor of John McCain (who is a RINO) over Obama in the presidential election. So in theory, there should be someone a little more on the "up and up" in that seat. Hopefully she gets thrown out of office next election. One other tidbit Suzanne Kosmas is undecided on Healthcare, but rumor is that she is going to vote for it. She should never have been elected in the first place given the numbers of that district! We need to fight harder next time. Please forward this testimony to anyone in that district who would benefit from this information.

I have been a very vocal opponent of our Congressperson...Suzanne Kosmas. I make daily calls to her office. I participate in any and all Tea Party Movement activities. I know the rights guaranteed to me by birth in this great country. I use those rights, each day, in many different ways, as WE all do.

As the Healthcare debate has heated up....a few Patriots have gone to her office, every hour, since last Monday, March 8, 2010. The congresswoman has NEVER held a town hall meeting in her district here. She has only gone to the big cities. She did have a staged conference call that only added fuel to an already blazing fire.

My day and hour was last Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at 3 PM. I was met by another patriot and we proceeded into her office. This other gentleman asked the receptionist a legitimate question...."When does Kosmas come to this office?" The receptionist replied... "She is either here (Port Orange, Fl. office), or, Orlando, when she is not in DC". Now, having made many phone calls asking to meet with her personally...I knew this answer was no more than a lie. I replied.."That's a lie!!! She has been at this office once...last year when the Tea Party Movement gathered outside this office, and, we were told by a wonderful Port Orange Police Officer that Kosmas and her staff had locked their doors and "run" for their cars....all this right before the Patriots arrived for the rally."

Out of her office, comes Miss Koch...hands on hips, and says..."Ma’am, if you don't stop abusing the staff, I will call the police!!" I went right in her face, and, said.."DO IT, B****!!! I was so upset, I never got to finish my written statement.

On Tuesday, March 16, 2010, the TEA PARTY MOVEMENT held a protest rally outside of Kosmas office. I went into her office to hand in one written statement, and, one printed excerpt from the Constitution. I placed them on the receptionist's desk, and, said..."I'd like a receipt for these, please. That would have been it, I would have taken the receipts, and, left with a big TY. Out of her office, again, comes Miss Koch...again, with the hands on her hips, and, an extremely hateful glare on her face. I said.."If you are going to call the police, don't bother...they're downstairs with us"

She responds with..."I called the Capitol Police on you last week". Not knowing that there was such a thing, I started to laugh. It got worse from there. Miss Koch went into her office, and, called the Capitol Police, spelling my name for then, and, said to them.."She is here acting in a threatening manner." Which, of course, led me to yell, "YOU ARE A LIAR!!!" I have NEVER made any statement that could even be misconstrued to mean a threat to anyone!!!!"

When we got home that day, in our mail was a letter from the IRS. It was a form for my hubby and myself to sign and get 2 witnesses to, also, sign...stating we were who we said we were when we filled our 2009 taxes. My husband callled the IRS, and, was told by the gentleman who answered that..."your tax refund check has been "tagged". He said," I have no idea why it was tagged, but, DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE ASKING YOU TO DO!!" Strange thing was...they did not "tag" our tax form...they "tagged" our refund check....thus holding it up from being delivered to us.

We did as we were asked, and, sent it back to the IRS. This happened 1 week after my first encounter with Miss Koch over this healthcare bill.

I was born an AMERICAN, I will die an AMERICAN. I am a law abiding citizen, and, I live by the Constitution. My thought is...WE the PEOPLE seem to be the only ones who do still live by that wonderful document. They trashed my rights at Kosmas office, and, I believe they interfered with our IRS tax refund check. I won't get into it here, but, there has also been a bad problem with the Social Security Dept. here on Port Orange, and, after the IRS thing.....all roads seem to lead right back to Suzanne Kosmas and her staff.
