The tattoo covered man who supposedly led a great 'revival' of God that was more like a travelling circus, but was then forced to step down from the ministry after he was exposed for having an affair with one of his staff members (Jessa) even though Todd was married with children. WOW what a great man of God this Todd is! Well now Todd has left his wife and children and remarried this Jessa girl, and now unbelievably Todd has been given the green light by Pastors like Bill Johnson and Rick Joyner to begin his freak show all over again even though he is now openly living in adultory and refusing to go back to his first wife!
