Top Senate Dem Admits Un-American Health Bill Was to Address "Mal-Distribution of Income" !!!84 Percent Say Middle Class Will Have to Suffer
There you have it! One of the largest frauds ever committed against We The People, and there's no accountability?

Every State A.G. must act immediately and declare Obamacare null and void, ab initio, and the perpetrators from the top, down held criminally liable, including acting President Barack H. Obama who signed this garbage into law.

Better Late Than Never: Top Senate Dem Admits Un-American Health Bill Was to Address “Mal-Distribution of Income”
by Kyle Olson

Now Max Baucus tells us: the health care overhaul America was just forced to endure was the government’s attempt to fix the “mal-distribution of income.” It’s an admission that sadly comes after the bill has passed and been signed by President Obama. But it’s better late than never.

Congress Economy Stimulus

While the acknowledgment likely wouldn’t have stopped the legislation because chances are it was common knowledge behind closed doors, at least the admission has now become public. And it proves the point the whole exercise had nothing to do with Americans’ health and more to do with the Marxist concept of “redistributing” wealth.

According to FoxNews.com, Baucus said:

“Too often, much of late, the last couple three years, the mal-distribution of income in American is gone up way too much, the wealthy are getting way, way too wealthy and the middle income class is left behind,” he said. “Wages have not kept up with increased income of the highest income in America. This legislation will have the effect of addressing that mal-distribution of income in America.”

-----------

Excuse me Senator, but who the hell are you to decide who is “too wealthy?” Given this claptrap, you’d be a perfect candidate for a Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez administration – after all, Castro did just call ObamaCare a “miracle.” Or would Castro and Chavez fit right into the leadership in Washington, DC these days?

Regardless, all doubts that the Democrats’ takeover of health care was little more than a power grab in the name of “social justice” have been confirmed. And it should be all the more reason to push for a repeal of this fundamentally un-American takeover.

Re: Top Senate Dem Admits Un-American Health Bill Was to Address "Mal-Distribution of Income" !!!84 Percent Say Middle Class Will Have to Suffer
84 Percent Say Middle Class Will Have to Suffer to Reduce Federal Budget Deficit

CNSNews.com) -- A new poll shows that 49 percent of Americans support spending cuts to reduce the federal budget deficit. At the same time, around 75 percent oppose any limits on entitlements from Social Security and Medicare, two of the largest contributors to the deficit.

The poll conducted by Quinnipiac University showed while nearly half (49%) of all likely voters want spending cuts to bring down the deficit, 42 percent favor a combination of spending cuts and tax increases, with 29 percent saying those cuts vs. tax increases should be equal.

The poll further showed that 84 percent of Americans say the middle class will have to make financial sacrifices to reduce the federal budget deficit. More than three-quarters of those polled oppose raising income taxes on the middle class or limiting the growth on Social Security or Medicare.

The U.S. Treasury Department estimates that the total amount owed just for Social Security and Medicare, in today’s dollars, equals about $45 trillion. “This means the government would need to have $45 trillion in the bank today to fulfill the promises made in these two programs,” reported Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) for the House Committee on the Budget on Mar. 5.

Among the 84 percent of Americans who think the middle class will “suffer” in order to pay for the deficit, 92 percent identify themselves as Republicans, 78 percent as Democrats, and 85 percent as Independents.

Republicans are most opposed to tax increases at 83 percent, followed by 81 percent of Independents and 75 percent of Democrats.

All three groups were strongly opposed to limiting Social Security – Republicans, 73 percent; Democrats, 84 percent; and Independents, 75 percent. These numbers were nearly the same in opposition to limiting Medicare.

The Quinnipiac University Poll was conducted March 16-21, of 1,907 likely voters with a margin of error +/- 2.2 percentage points.

Earlier this month, Rep. Ryan said on MSNBC’s Hardball regarding entitlement programs: “Both parties are at fault for this. Both parties have to come together and fix this mess, because our debt is going to catastrophic levels, we will have a debt crisis in this country.”

“And just so you know, the main programs of government: Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security -- they’re all going bankrupt, they’re growing themselves into extinction,” said Ryan. “You’ve got to reform these programs for future generations, if you’re going to save these programs. The sooner we get on to talking about how we’re going to do that, the better off we’re all going to be.”

The U.S. Treasury Department report, highlighted by Representative Ryan, further reported:

“Beginning in 2016, Social Security . . . will need to raise taxes, reduce benefits, increase borrowing from the public, and/or cut spending for other programs to meet its obligations to the trust fund. By 2037, the trust fund reserves (and thus reserve spending authority) are projected to be exhausted.

“The gap between total . . . Medicare income (including general revenue contributions) and expenditures begins around 2009 and then steadily continues to widen, reaching 3.4 percent of GDP by 2083.”

As of September, 2009, the federal government’s known liabilities equaled $14.5 trillion, according to the non-partisan Peter G. Peterson Foundation. Add in the cost of what the government has promised to pay in Social Security and Medicare and several other programs and the total debt is $62.3 trillion. That’s about $200,000 per person now living in the United States.

One wonders if the SCOTUS will produce a Stay injunction on the entire piece of Law that came from those tow Health Care Bills. If so, this whole thing becomes in zombie land. And even if parts of it are taken down on a case by case basis, it will be decades before things settle down.

It is far better to just repeal the two acts.

What's wrong with it? How stupid are you?

Redistributing income is theft, that is what is wrong with it.

Of course, taxes are supposed to finance the government but our federal government has gotten so massive that there are entire bureaus that can and should be eliminated completely.

Social Security and Medicare could easily be fixed if they simply put the 7% tax and matching employer contribution on all earned income. They might even be able to lower it to 5% and still have enough money to fund it and make up the deficit in a few years.

Also, part of the reason why there is a deficit is because the money has gone into the general fund and Congress has used it for all their nonsense.

A panel of frugal housewives who really know how budget and how to eliminate costs, could easily go through the government's budget and decide what is necessary and what is not. Congress is not willing to do it. The President is certainly not willing to do it.

Of course the health care bill is not about health care and it will definitely hit those who work hard in the pocketbook.

The Middle class carries this country. Without them the whiteshirts wouldn't have a job, and the welfares wouldn't have their food stamps.

If the middle class were ever removed, America would be removed.

Can I try?

Bad distribution of wealth (noun): Whatever Max Baucus, or any other liberal, says it is.

Etymology: Marxism-Leninism

To our Turkish friend, what's wrong with correcting what you define as "bad distribution of income" is that there's no objective way to determine what constitutes bad distribution. It's a sliding scale that ends with the poor ganging up and voting themselves stuff from the rich. At which point, the incentive to become rich disappears, and rich people just stop working. At some point, somebody has to do some real, actual work.

Also, we have that pesky little Constitution that enshrines our property rights along with life and liberty. You can't just declare that someone has too much and start taking it from them here. It might work in Turkey...oh, wait. It doesn't work in Turkey. You have European socialism, and your economy sucks.

The corporatist, globalist, war party, which is composed of Demons and Repukes, have enabled the raping of the American people through the Fed and other banksters, along with supporting corporations though subsidies. And why did Obama postpone his trip back home to Indonesia after it had been announced – thus revealing that the Health Care Hassle was in fact motivated by an agenda hidden from public view and understanding?

U.S. TREASURY CONJURES UP A ‘REVENUE ANTICIPATION BOND’
With the Health Care Financial Pipeline Bill that was plonked into Obama’s desk with a thud having been signed, the following preplanned financial skullduggery steps were immediately put in play:

(1): A so-called REVENUE ANTICIPATION BOND based on the pipeline of money which is the whole purpose of the Health Care Bill, as we pointed out in our report dated 19th March (1), was activated through the US Treasury.

(2): This REVENUE ANTICIPATION BOND was made available by the Treasury to the Federal Reserve, which is engaged in a hypothecation operation, running it through the oh-so-helpful Swedish Riksbank (the central bank of Sweden).

I am against redistributing the wealth....as long as its honest wealth and not loot. The problem is they are not going to go after the ultra rich, they are going after the middle class. The middle class doesn't have any money left...all the wealth was sucked up to the ultra rich. The rich criminals sent their stolen money off shore long ago.

And the problem with the rich is they did not get their money honestly...at least many of them did not. They worked the politicians to kill their cometition and got bailouts and on and on. Instead of redistributing their wealth which is probably impossible now since its out of the country they should be charging them and sending them to prison...at least some of them. Robbery is robbery...theft is theft. Right now crime pays and we have to reverse that and do what is right.

and I disagree about Social Security. There is so much fraud in that program now it blows my mind. Especially in the Disability part. And just a few years ago these damn politicians passed a law to send SS to illegal mexicans that went back to mexico. They were criminals when they were here and now we send checks down to them? How many Mexicans are sitting down there in mexico getting SS Disabilty checks and are not 62 years old? All that information is totaly secret and so how can we the taxpayers even know the full scope of the fraud? All that information should be public. Its public money and we should have the information so we can figure out just what is going on.

While I agree with your sentiments, allow to make a correction. What the left wants IS a class system, ala, the same one that exists in Britain. In America, people are not confined by "class". In communism & socilaism, there is the ruling, elite class, and there are the proles and peasants. Most leftists wants in on the elite contolling class, but the bulk are happy to share in the loot of these pirates. It's similar to John Gotti and his neighborhood. While Gottis murdered and stole, the peeps in his neighborhood loved him because of his kickbacks to them. All of his crimes were overlooked, and he was even lauded, as long as the peeps got their cut of the action.

Re: Top Senate Dem Admits Un-American Health Bill Was to Address "Mal-Distribution of Income" !!!84 Percent Say Middle Class Will Have to Suffer
It is all about the money. They need money and something to collateralize. That was what the healthcare bill was and now looks like they need more monies and something else to finance.

Even AFTER two years of Washington/Wall Street corruption and malfeasance, this is so stunningly over the top and thru the looking glass for 'corrective' economic machinations, I am almost speechless.

Isn't this simply counting their bullshit-bucks before they are hatched ?

The bond markets are already primed for a replay of the carbon-credits slump. This restores confidence ?!?

What's wrong with it? How stupid are you?

Redistributing income is theft, that is what is wrong with it.

whats wrong about correcting bad distribution of income.

>>Define 'bad distribution of income'.

At some point, somebody has to do some real, actual work.

aaaah. the endless, ages old bullshit that is 'some people do not work'.

let me wake you up to a fact - had people REALLY been that lazy, the world would be being run by mafia now. feeding off of others, stealing, getting ahead of others in weasely fashion.

you already see how lazy your country is, by checking out the criminal sector that exists in there.

what you americans, especially conservatives use as a bullshit excuse to justify selfishness however, ie poor 'feeding off of you', are just results of fucked up socio economic systems which exploit the citizens exceedingly for the benefit of others, and ripping away their freedoms.

put in layman's terms, it is inevitable to have that many 'lazy' people in a country which hands out 80% of wealth to 15% of population, and forces the rest to work in shitty jobs that they didnt even choose, slaving away for the rest 20%.

people just DO NOT WANT to participate in the system. its as simple as that. it is the exact opposite of american boom following the initial independence. people were really free, there were no big monopolies and near-feudal rich monopolizing economy and politics through wealth, you could really make it by working hard, and voila. it worked.

it doesnt work anymore. for, there is no chance for small people to do shit. all you can do is to toil away 20-30 years of your life, and end up with a retirement that you can buy a boat and fish in it. many cant even do that anymore.

so, people slack off. JUST like in roman empire.

in countries which allow their citizens both freedom and protect them from corporate feudalism and cut down the rich to a logical size that they cant influence politics and social life, you get participation.

aka, social democrat european countries.

It might work in Turkey...oh, wait. It doesn't work in Turkey. You have European socialism, and your economy sucks.

hah.

had we had ANY measure of european socialism here for a decade, we would be FAR out, and beyond many problems.

instead, for the last 62 years we have been pushed into american style capitalism - now check that out - by AMERICANS !!!

one after another of your administrations, especially conservative ones, messed with turkey and pressurized it to become little america.

in the end we were fucked up by our corporate rich, didnt get any noticeable life quality, our rail network had become underdeveloped because your car companies were pushing the government to build roads to sell cars here, (and spent a LOT of money on it because turkey terrain is rough, compared to u.s.), and recently we ended up having our farm sector totally destroyed by your fucked up Monsanto corporation. (which, ironically also destroyed farming sector in your country too).

now, an islamist party, backed by islamist capital, is turning our country into another iran.

no sir no. had we had any measure of european socialism (social democracy in correct, european term) we wouldnt be having any of this shit.

I'm believe that they don't expect to distribute wealth, It is about power and manipulation. The wealth has already been distributed and sent offshore, what they need now is financing to bring about the last loop.

Bush couldn't do it, but YES WE CAN, Obsama CHANGE to finish just what bush tried to bring in. It really amazes me just how slow some people are. Between the bailouts, the great bonus rewards, and the sellouts in Congress, it is just to allow you to think they want distribution. That's already happened. Funding is what they need now so they can complete this before just to many people wake up. We have the power to change it and it isn't in violence.
