Hi SickScent:
I recall from reading the original "Close" thread, the OP
mentioned that the sun was 'reacting' to some approaching,
unseen entity (magnetic ribbon) or whatever.
Now that he has resigned from Boeing, I was wondering if
he is feeling free to go into more detail. Has he des-
cribed exactly 'what' NASA was looking at on the sun that
has them 'spooked' and sending up 'birds' to examine??
I know we've had oddities such as the extraordinarily huge
filament recently but was wondering if there were other
phenomenon being monitored that we laymen aren't privy to?
I look at the SOHO pics often but really don't know what's
'normal' and what isn't.
Has the OP mentioned anything more to you about this??

As a matter of fact, I won't bug him about it, but I will ask him every now and then for any new information. A lot of the specifics he was never privy to. He said he still has some associates that he keeps in contact with and if he hears anything that he can feel safe to disclose, he would. He had said in the original post that things like the sun filaments were associated with what is coming. Also, in the original, he said that there were other 'objects' out there that NASA and others were trying to figure out what exactly they were.
