the bible always talks about fasting in terms of WHEN you fast, not IF you fast. all of nature fasts and goes through dormant periods. fasting is the surest way to cleanse the body. the first sin was one of diet. to correct the damage done by one incorrect substance being ingested was a shortened lifespan, the need for herbs to correct the damage in the body, and the need to sweat for detox. today, we have not been careful, we have thrown caution to the wind and pushed the limit on many different chemicals. its the shit that killed elvis - multiple chemical synergistic toxicity. different ratios in different individuals cause different symptoms which tend to run in groups. thus identified the list of symptoms is given a name, usually a syndrome of some kind. they call it diabetes, lupus, multiple chemical sensitivity, multiple sclerosis, chrohns, hypothyroidism, autoimmune diseases, fibrocystic breast disease, cancer of all kinds, etc, etc...

Fine Possessions is just that.

Abode is a dwelling. Speaking of an 'abode and possessions' in the same sentence OBVIOUSLY refers to ITEMS such as furniture, antiques and trinkets.
