how about starting a customised TS1 240 or RB 250 fast road race Lambretta project..it is a bit expensive but for a woman to build it is very possible.unlike a hog its not gonna be to heavy. however you could end up with a very trick bike that goes very fast because of the tuned two stroke set up. a nice customised spray job or just racing cal wrap to finish it. you could even do a Lamb Chop or cutdown skelly.

i am building a TS1 lambretta full bodied street sleeper so far about £5,500.00 into the build which is extensive cos i like em real fast but it can be done a lot cheaper with a standard 225Rb or TS1 and the money can go more into the paint and finish...i will try to get a nice link
