However it isn't the original, but the corporate charter called "The Constitution of the United States"

The original Constitution can be found in the Library of Congress, or any State Law library.

I apologize if the discussion did not fit your OP topic. However, given the original premise of the video, it seemed relevant.

Ease of office situation for LoBiondo. He represents Cape May County, NJ, which is the most staunchly Republican district in Jersey. His ticket is stamped and ready to go--he really doesn't need to know much of anything and he will be re-elected. It may actually be as easy for him to get sent to Congress from there as it is for a Democrat in Philly.
