[link to www.exodus2006.com] Just "food for thought". Bible Codes have an awful lot to say about 2010, it's a little unnerving! Also, saw the movie "2012" tonight for first time. Starts out with sinkhole in California (in news today) and eruption of Yellowstone follows right after 10.9 eq in California. Is the movie meant to scare or warn? Seems pretty close to what we can expect, actually. And no, our leaders do not warn us! It's each man for himself! Find Jesus and get right with HIM. He is our only "ticket" out of here when the shtf! |

I am afraid that the last swarm they had at Yellowstone, which by the way is still ongoing, will not end. I feel that the whole region is becoming more and more unstable and the swarms will increase as the pressure builds. We, as others, have speculated on the eruption of Yellowstone Super Volcano, it appears that our worst fears may soon come true, and we may not be looking at thousands of years until the next super eruption but years or months. This will cause desolation in America and we will not have to worry about wars anymore..we will be fighting for our lives over here just to survive. Later, it will have an impact on the whole world, perhaps, and i mean this in the most kindly way i can put it. Perhaps this will be end up being a blessing..man will once again learn to respect the Earth he lives on and maybe just maybe we can learn to get along with each other. If not, our world will be destroyed and it will be by mans hand. So perhaps if there is an intervention it will be for the far better good, and we will go on and learn and prosper in ways we never dreamed of and there will be no more wars. |

We have made it our pact in the past to help other nations, feed the poor and help the helpless. No matter what other nations may think of the U.S., we have tried to do good in the world. Now as our time comes to a terrible undoing in this nation, if Yellowstone erupts, the rest of the world can see the real American, the brave soul who reaches out a hand to someone in need, who lives with diversity and survives, and who stares hell in the face but stubbornly keeps on going. As God is my witness, i would rather see our country taken out by a volcano then by nuclear bombs in the hands of a madman. |

For part of me knows that in this world of adversity that we all live in, in these troubling times with wars and rumors of wars...that it will take something very big to turn it all around ..make people think about the planet we all live on and how we all need to start getting along and live our lives in peace..maybe if something like this happened ..we could. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 911295![]() Large earthquakes — above 4 on the Richter Scale — are occurring in Utah at about a normal rate, but geologists say it seems much higher. They barely admitted jack shit Believe me, when Smith says something like this what he means is he thinks we are looking at a future eruption, no holds barred. Smith never says anything he doesnt mean. It is one of the most volatile sections of land in the western hemisphere, and seismic activity there has been so common in the past two years, scientists are wondering if quakes like the one Thursday are portending "the big one" of a different sort — not a massive earthquake, but a volcanic eruption in Yellowstone that would make the Mt. St.Helens's eruption in Washington look like a a postprandial burp. Scientists believe the crust beneath Yellowstone is highly fractured, and that the stress of other recent earthquakes on the region is a cogent warning of devastating shifts to come. "So, we're getting stress release in these earthquakes and displacement of just millimeters," said Robert Smith, a geophysicist at the University of Utah. The earth is always in motion and plates slip and shift under the constant pressure deep below the surface, said Smith. What is causing the recent spate of seismic shudders can't be known, he said, but he believes they might be spawned by magma building up just below the surface of the land. So, along with fueling the famous geysers, it may be setting off tremors throughout the region. |
