If you feel like your being owned it`s your own fault...Nobody owns me and never will and I`ll take that to the grave. Problem is too many people buy into this horse crap and get ate up with it...you dig your own hole so ya got to deal with that but don`t blame your govenrment. Even tho I work for a large corporation I have ran my own business on the side most of my adult life and this always gives me the freedom to walk away from the corprate world at any time...it`s all out there if people would get off their lazy butts and quit expecting handouts from the Gov..give me give give me is all I see these days...BS--get out there and make something happen for you and your family..Get some self esteem back in your life...in other words quit your whining and get away from the computer and TV and do something with your lives...

This logic is flawed not only because it is somewhat narcissistic in nature but because it is impossible for the entire population of the world to be on the same playing field in a fixed game.
You cannot tar all with the same brush.
Circumstances and living conditions are very different all over the world.
Those who trundle on trying their best to make the most of it simply see the error of the current system and seek to change it or protest against it , to them, that is what making a difference and doing something about it is truly about.
You cannot fault a being for that.

I think the world changes for the very reason people from all walks of life talk about it until it spreads far and wide enough that it reaches critical mass and the change has no option but to occur.
One example we see growing daily, exponentially, is the internet.
Not that your post decries communication but does seem to assume wrongly that it is the fault of the individual.
That's just not true in all cases.
It is the ruling class and propaganda class etc, that like to keep the change in check while presenting the illusion of change as in political rally cries.
Nothing changes, this is the point, hasn't for many years.
We are stuck in a broken system that goes around and around and only a few can see it.


Those in the higher brackets can be expected to respond in this manner as they would find it hard to understand,
that or it makes them uncomfortable as they refuse to leave their comfort zone.
