Obwohl ich darauf bestand hat man mir die Quittung nicht mitgegeben. Bin im Anschluss zur Bank gefahren, um mir Bares zuziehen, hier ist dann was Ähnliches passiert. Der Automat wollte wissen in welchem Land ich bin (auch wieder mehrere Möglichkeiten). Wieder wählte ich Deutschland aus, und konnte danach den Betrag eingeben, den ich gerne haben möchte. Die Frage ob ich lieber Euro oder D-Mark haben möchte fehlte hier allerdings.

Ganz schön verwirrend, so ging ich an einen Schalter um zu hören was heute mit den Geräten los war. Die Dame an Schalter meinte dann nur, das sei wohl ein Softwarefehler, der bald behoben sei, mehr könne sie dazu nicht sagen. Du kennst meine guten Menschenkenntnisse, daher kann ich mit reinem Gewissem sagen, das die gute Dame wohl doch mehr wusste als sie es meinte.

Ich denke Du könntest Recht haben das im Ländle was im Busch ist, und man bald vor die vollendeten Tatsachen gestellt werden.

Bisher war das nur von Telefonzellen bekannt.

Da ich nahe der Grenze zu Deutschland wohne und gelegentlich bei Lidl in AT und DE einkaufen gehe ist mir diese Neuerung ebenfalls aufgefallen. Auf jeden Fall ist eine andere Software vorhanden, zum Teil auch "andere" Terminals. Die Umstellung dürfte so in etwa 3-4 Wochen alt sein.

Die Abwicklung einer EC Zahlung dauert dadurch jetzt viel länger. Ob bei der Währungsauswahl in DE die DM ebenfalls hinterlegt ist kann ich jedoch nicht behaupten da ich als Ösi in DE immer mit den Standard Einstellungen bezahle.

Wenn ich jedoch wieder dahin komme werde ich mich mal besonders "blöd" anstellen und etwas herumdrücken...
