Jews do cut the fore skin off of a male babies penis. BUT it is done quickly and when the infant is newly born. I have witnessed it done. It does not harm the baby.
Actually, getting rid of the male fore skin is better when the male is an adult. Much cleaner.

I have heard this procedure was done on a female as old as 50.!!!!
