"They" have to make examples out of people now and then to give the APPEARANCE of being legit.
AND "they" are NOT everyone in gov´t. "They" probably didn´t like this person using "their" money like that.

"They" do exist. Don´t doubt it. "they" have been playing the game for a VERY LONG TIME and "they" are experts at deception.

People who rise to power in this world are MADE by "them."
