This alleged meeting between Eisenhower and extraterrestrial humanoids is not new among UFO researchers. It seems that first there was a formal contact with aliens from Pleiades, that warned him about the presence of evil aliens in the planet. Supposedly they were referring to the "Grays" that people believe to be original from Zeta-Reticuli. These supposed pleiadians offered support in development of clean environmental technologies, energy, medicine, etc. In trade, the US government should stop with nuke tests.

Later, Eisenhower had another meeting with alien humanoids, at this time with Gray types that offered weaponry technology in trade of free path to human and cattle abductions to their experiments. Needless to say that Eisenhower chose make a exchange with the Grays, that IMO are NOT aliens, but cloned bio-androids created by the Anunnaki, and now, controlled by the intraterrestrial reptilians.
