They were supposed to follow up their Iraq leaked military video with some footage of an airstrike in Afghanistan which killed 100 civilians. I bet it might be related to that...

It kind of seems like they are setting up Israel to be the proverbial sacrificial lamb... can you imagine if all of a sudden the American propaganda machine begin spinning the story of an "Israeli" caused 9/11 which just sets the world ablaze... straight into WWIII as everyone knows Israel would never go quietly into the night, they will take as many down with them as possible...

I tend to agree. I find the claims that TPTB run Wikileaks to be dubious... However I do not discount, I'm just not convinced

I believe this simply means that a big effort is going to be made to ban WikiLeaks somehow...

So by saying its good they have at least 50k followers, that they can fight off this challenge to their right to continue existing on the internet.

I think so too, trying to get 50k supporters seems like a strength in numbers issue

"We have 50,078 followers...we will face our greatest challenge." Wikileaks will have a challenge. Maybe its something they will disclose but maybe they need $$$. Not at all clear but I doubt they are implying that there will be a crisis.
