Yeah, I opened a shop to sell photography. Business was excellent but the rent was so high it ate up my profits.
I made some improvements to the building and my rent went UP.
I had to hire a part-timer to help with paperwork, etc., more expenses.
A pack of crack dealers used the parking lot as their meeting-dealing spot.
The building was used as a hospital during the Civil War and it had very depressing vibes.
It was a total pain in the ass, I folded it after 1 year.

Before when I had the sign shop...we never had a retail location, so I never had to deal with much of what you did, Probably why I have apprehensions about this being the right path for me.
