There is truth in that. You inherit the hardness/softness of your enamel, which can give you the tendancy to get more cavities if it is softer.

But with vigilent dental care, you can combat this.

Sugar will work against you if you don't clean your teeth properly and freqently. So they are both right.

Good, perhaps the more useless and totally insane these doctors become with their pills, needles, and slashing ways, the more people will get the hint.

Also the reason white flour and sugar damages teeth is not because of bacteria on teeth. Mummies that have been in the ground thousands of years and subjected to every bacteria imaginable still have their teeth.

The reason sugar damages teeth is the body needs calcium to process simple sugars. If you're low on calcium is draws it from your bones and teeth.

Truth. Aboriginals traditionally have very little tooth decay until they are introduced to processed foods. Tahiti and Mongolia are great examples.

well I don't eat those..my wife cannot cook..at all, and my pitted black teeth are dropping on the keyboard as we speak.( I'm going to make a necklace out of those shiney amalgum fillings that fell out.)

Yes i went to the dentist for the second time in my life last month.

Other then wisdom teeth i only had two cavities and they wasn't that bad really. After 40 years that's pretty good.

I only brushed once a day , and some days i would forget to brush.

I don't drink alcohol , or eat candy.
Love sweet drinks , and floury stuff.
White bread , and Twinkies.

Just like methheads have bad teeth .

Alcohol does the same thing.Any Kind of medication is bad for them . Cleaning them to much also removes enamel.So im sure now that i have to go to the dentist ,ill be going more now.Because scraping teeth isn't good for them.

Must be from some other oral source in Britain.
