No, you're misstating it. We should not use "jihadist" to describe terrorists. Like, we should not use "Presbyterian" or "Unitarian" or "evangelical" to describe a terrorist. The words describe legitimate beliefs that are not linked to terrorism.

It's possible that a terrorist is a jihadist, Presbyterian, Unitarian or evangelical, but a terrorist may be none of them. They have nothing to do with terrorism.

'Jihadists' are closer in spirit to the founding fathers than any living American. They have the courage and conviction to die for their beliefs while we send our troops to die for Wall Street and international finance. I know that I'll be celebrating their courage this Veteran's Day because they are the only line of defense we have against radical Zionism.
