I felt like crap for a year, a month ago I started taking:

B-12
Potassium
Fish Oil
D-3
C
E
and a multi-vitamin

My blood pressure is back to normal and I feel great (I think the potassium supplement did the trick)

I also go to Walgreens and buy all my stuff generic when they have a 2 for 1, which is every week, just on different vitamins.

I've been thinking about taking vitamins because I am always so tired. I will give those a shot and see if I can feel the difference.

Try a supplement with all the major B vitamins included

I went hardcore with coconut oil, pumpkin seed oil and apple cider vinegar. At day two, I dropped literally dozens of tapeworms and fluke worms.
A month later of this vitamin regimen and I am still dropping occasional unidentified parasites.
I used to get awful headaches, blurry vision and chronic fatigue and irritable bowels.
Now almost all of that is gone in just a month. I suffered for decades.
A key is also lots of water and fiber. I eat a couple bowls a day of oatmeal mixed with bran. And drink four bottles of spring water a day.

I have never felt so good.

I haven't weighed myself, but am no longer so bloated and and am using two less holes on my belt.

Proper herbs and vitamins are amazing once you commit, it's a way of life that is hard to get started but once you do you feel the energy and cheer that comes over you and you try even harder to cut out poison food and source out the best nutrition.


Honestly, everyone needs to do a parasite cleanse. You will not believe how many problems they cause and how much energy they steal.

I am a clean and fussy guy, never visited foreign lands and had now reason to suspect worms in me.
But there they were.
