Flames Are Coming Out Of The Riser

Here is a link from the BP response web site from 17 May showing dipersent on a leak. It looks pretty much the same as what we are seeing today.

Those white bubbles are from the methane. There are absolutely no FLAMES down there. Its embarrassing to frequent this site when threads with ridiculous titles like this get pinned. Ive noticed the bubbles ever since they have been monitoring the riser leak on the sea floor. Why would someone think this is a new occurrence?

I swear the stupidity amazes me sometimes.



I tried last night in the first few pages to explain that. Got called ignorant by someone who then said there is Oxygen in water...you know...it's made of H and O.... so I gave up.

Today I'm rolling with it. What some people here try to pass off as knowledge of physics and chemistry is insane.

Then they ridicule you because you're "ignorant".

I give up.

Got one of those smokes that just wouldn't light right the other day...wouldn't catch till I dipped it in ocean water...then fired right up.

ok, here's a stupid question. If they dumped all that "top kill" and "golf balls" on this, how come we still see the pipe - like we saw from day one? and not a single golf ball in site?
