San Joaquin Bank, Bakersfield, California, was closed today by the California Department of Financial Institutions, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. To protect the depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with Citizens Business Bank, Ontario, California, to assume all of the deposits of San Joaquin Bank.

This is at least one to two banks a week going down.

And by the way, nothing special will happen on October 25, 2009, nor any weeks or months later. There is no shutdown of the banks, this is total nonsense.

I think "the realist" is very realistic in the little box he's living in. His little box-world, where everything stays the same, everything that shakes his little box scares him, and he riducules it, he blasts it away with a big mouth with nothing to say, but when "the realist" would see his box, and would take a chance to see what is outside the box, he would truly see (the truth), and would be free, from his own build little prison box....

Sie wissen gar nicht, was ich alles schon gesehen habe in meinem Leben. Nukleare Anschläge durch Terroristen sind unrealistisch, ansonsten diese schon vor 20 Jahren stattgefunden hätten. Er gibt einige sehr gut organisierte Terror-Banden, die liebend gerne eine A-Bombe zünden würden. Sie werden es nicht schaffen, das Thema bleibt den SF- und Polit-Thriller-Autoren vorbehalten.
