Dear Soul,
Yes you will have small earthquakes. But the floods are a bigger concern. Romania will have a strong very strong cold winter. The poor boys in Bucharest, living on the street selling their bodies, are in need for help.
Living there, YOU can make a difference by helping another of such soul. Help them.
I see the word Boltosani, but do not know what to make out of it.
