IT might be Doom and Gloom that has always been, but I have seen a Portal, it didn´t let me enter but no matter I wasn´t going to. A friend of mine found one of those ´portals´ and described it very much the same way that you have. A refraction. If you don´t have eyes to see, you cannot see them. As far as I have been shown myself(obe), they are not open at this time but can be ´observed´.

Encephalitis claims 200 in Nepal
More than 200 people in Nepal have now died from Japanese encephalitis, officials say, in an outbreak that has claimed more than 700 lives in India.
Nepalese authorities say thousands have been affected in the past two months and the death toll could be far higher with unreported deaths.

NGOs in India say that for the same reason the number killed there could be much greater, perhaps reaching 1,500.

The disease is transmitted from infected mosquitoes.

As in India, most of the dead in Nepal are children.

Nepalese authorities say medical supplies have been stepped up but admit a failure to disburse sufficient medicines in time to the affected areas has caused a number of deaths.


Health workers say the official death toll only covers public hospitals, not those who die at home, often in remote areas.

Health Minister Nikshya Sumshere Rana said the country was short of vaccine and was trying to obtain more from China.

He feared the number of dead could go much higher.

A report on the Nepalnews web site said the government had come under criticism for failing to procure enough vaccines using a World Bank fund.

It said health officials were worried about awarding a contract without a proper tendering process.

The worst affected areas are the villages of the south-western districts, bordering the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, which has borne the brunt of the outbreak.

Japanese encephalitis has killed at least 8,000 people in Uttar Pradesh since 1978.

I am in contact with Oliver Williams, website editor for JohnTitor.com.
He told me, Titor came back under the

Syrians given a stern warning

WASHINGTON -- The Bush administration´s top envoy in Iraq warned yesterday that U.S. "patience is running out" with Syrian interference across the border and refused to rule out either a military strike or punishment through the United Nations.

Syria has become a hub for terrorists, as young, would-be insurgents travel unmolested through the Damascus airport on one-way tickets, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Zalmay Khalilzad said. The United States also accuses Syria of turning a blind eye to terror training camps on its soil.

"Our patience is running out; the patience of Iraqis [is] running out. The time for decision ... has arrived for Damascus," Khalilzad told reporters at the State Department.

The tough talk is part of a U.S. campaign to increase pressure on Syria in several foreign capitals and at the U.N. General Assembly this week in New York. Syria´s alleged role in exporting terrorism or political repression to Iraq, the Palestinian territories and Lebanon is a subject of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice´s discussions with several leaders at the U.N. gathering.

State Department spokesman Adam Ereli echoed Khalilzad later yesterday. "What we´re looking for, as Ambassador Khalilzad said, is a decision by the government of Syria to get serious about preventing its territory from being used by insurgents and others bent on destabilizing Iraq and killing innocent Iraqis."

Khalilzad is in Washington to accompany Iraqi President Jalal Talabani as he visits the White House and meets with members of Congress.

The diplomat offered no proof for what he called blatant interference by Syria in Iraq´s democratic development and would not spell out what consequences Damascus might face. Asked specifically about reproach from the U.N. Security Council or possible military action, Khalilzad had the same response: "All options are on the table."

With U.S. military force stretched thin by the ongoing war in Iraq, a large-scale invasion of neighboring Syria is unlikely. The United States or an ally could launch air strikes on suspected terrorist camps or other sites, however.

The U.N. Security Council could also chastise Syria or impose sanctions. At the urging of the United States and France, the Security Council last year voted to issue a strong denunciation of Syrian influence over neighboring Lebanon and called for an immediate withdrawal.

Most of the guerrilla forces battling U.S. troops and Iraqi army and security forces are part of an indigenous insurgency dominated by disaffected Sunni Arabs. By U.S. estimates, foreign fighters make up fewer than 10 percent of the opposing force.

U.S. commanders say the foreign forces are more likely to carry out suicide bombings, making them far more dangerous than their numbers might indicate.

"The Syrians have to stop sending destruction to Iraq," Iraq Defense Minister Sadoun al-Dulaimi said in Baghdad. "We know the terrorists have no other gateway into Iraq but Syria."

A Syrian Foreign Ministry official reacted angrily yesterday, rejecting the Iraqi claim as "absolutely untrue."

Syria in July announced new measures to crack down on border infiltration and has complained that U.S. and Iraqi forces have mistakenly shot at Syrian soldiers trying to police the border.

My question concerns the "mark"(chip, rfid implant).
Do you see that chipping will happen or does other catastrophes interrupt this process (pandemic) or is the chipping the result of these events. Are there safer places to go to avoid the chip in the US . Will the chip come to Canada. Can chipping be avoided or will it be forced (via law or economic means). Will one have to become self-sufficient individually or in groups to avoid the chip or "mark" or is it a death sentence to avoid the chip.
