There´re a lot of scientific research groups in radio astronomy and asrophysics as well as obersavatories around the world that TPTB´s long arm isn´t long enough to control each and every news. If something is on its way to us, the news cannot be suppressed permanently. I´m continuously studying different astronomical papers and information services in different languages and I think it is definitely impossible that TPTB might control all of them.
