I copied 4, yes 4, of your recipes made with medjool dates, ZDIB! The medjool date, herb and spice mixture topped with the Brie cheese melt (I might modify this to a PITAS Halloumi melt ???), baked in phyllo pastry basted with butter is the best -- totally awesome.
