I do worry about a verry good and secial friend of mine. I love her so much and I do feel so strange about her going to India.

She will stay their for 8 month at least.

Thank you to the poster who shared the 'fire up the grid' website. I'll be sure to be intensely loving our Earth July 17, 2007.

I had a dream two nights ago that caused me to appreciate the story shared by the creator of that site.

In my dream I was walking in a neighborhood of house lined streets. I was seeking the street of homes that was the most beautiful. Others were with me. I was told to go uphill, as this is where we would find the beautiful street.
To my left was an old rundown home, which looked to have been beautiful at one time, and in it's fenced backyard were many bison who were snorting and stomping as if ready to charge through the fence enclosure. The owner of the home was fearful.
In the street was a preacher/priest who had his arms raised to the sky, questioning how this could happen to the owner of the home when he had followed all the rites and rituals of his religion. The inside of the home was dirty and empty and the bison intended to charge it.
I was not afraid but wanted only to seek beauty.


Bison represent all things 'earthy' in Native culture. I believe the Earth has had it with our ways of empty rites and rituals. We have not appreciated her beauty. She has become worn and rundown and not been able to thrive because of our ways.

Dear Gaia Man, Having read and reread your visions, I am beginning to think that chaos will descend on us very soon,certainly during 2007! In view of this do you believe it is advisable to go on a long cruise (2 months duration) to NorthWest Africa and Southern France and Greece and Turkey? My wife is keen on going and I am concerned about our safety. This cruise starts in Mid March 2007 and ends in Mid May 2007! Please advise!

ok,gaiaman,it's ok for not answering my question.perhaps you don't have the time to.everyone,i would just like to share this speculation with you.both the 1929 and 1987 stock market crashes occured in the month of october.if gaiaman has pointed out 'accurately' on the coming economic collapse starting before the start of the Great War,i'm wondering if it may come similarly this october(2006).i've been going through lately some analysis,which shows the similarities of the factors leading to the 1987 crash and those in 2006.the trends are rather similar.any opinion?take care.

I am German. You are right. Always beeing afraid to loose the identity is a very severe problem by some of us krauts.
For me as a left winger i must say 'respect' for our conservative Secretary of Interior Wolfgang Schäuble. I think Schäuble in this case fair-minded wants peace and a dialog with our muslim inhabitants. I don't understand why Franz Liszt, who wants to be a Christian, do not join Schäubles propositions.

katholic/protestans/orthodox (slawe/and greek) and hebrew could exist side by side in those postwar years

there are about 3 000 000 moslems living in germany.....and troubles with them are GROWING !!!
big part of them try to live as in an islamic country, means; girls are not allowed to have a sport lessons, swimming lessons, to partecipate at the out-school activities..boys don't accept authority of the teachers, if those teachers are women..
big part of those kids doesn't finish the school education well - because of language...because of "saturday-lessons" at the islamic schools, where there learn, that not islamic people are devils.....and the "western" style of life is wrong...
moslem-familys have mostly lot of children...
and those children/teens a.s.o. are getting troubles...
they search for identity - they live in two worlds....

most of them live from social help,..(so say from taxes another - mostly christians ( ;) ), they are not interested to get assimilated or to bring THAT tolerance for others- they call/want/ask for themselves..

USA has a immigration quotes - and good educated people get easier in the coun try.....same about australia and so on.
immigration TO germany - those are mostly low educated people.....so they come in......don't learn language, don't find jobs,.....and thanks to social-help they live better, than in their home-countries...

there ARE troubles with muslims ... and all the actions at the moment (conference a.so.) are just only to make some politicians looking good for the moment....

if germans didn't learn to have the identity.....they should at least try to keep the christian/western culture in their OWN country....

it is not good, to deactivate christian churches....(catholic or lutherian), and to let grow moschees all over the country...

in the FEAR of troubles everybody tries to be "multicultural" - and they don' t see IT DOESN'T work....as especially fundamental educated moslems are not interested on living peaceful side by side......
