Also, interesting to note that they have said that the Sellafield nuclear plant is on a lockdown too. Surely they have their own security?
they do UKAEA police, all armed. SOP is lock down for situations like this in case it's terrorism.
that said i've also heard a rumour he's ex sellafield with an redundancy ax to grind.
