I shouldn't even mention that the lyrics sound like they were written by a 7 year old trying to sound tough. Whether he is purposely trying to plant negative thoughts into peoples minds or if he actually feels that way is the actual debate.
People who are listening like it or not are going to start thinking in this way, completely unempathetic, depressed, mad, etc. There are not even a touch of positivity in the chorus.

The above is the beginning and ending of the song. It is the first and last though fed to you. The important lines are the last 2 but most importantly the last 5 words. "it's not a bad dream" He is letting you know that what he is saying is how things really are or how he wants you to think things are. In one verse he says "and we knew a black president wouldn't change shit". Last I knew lil wayne was a huge pumper of Barry.

Verse 2 is worth looking at for the third eye reference. Lil Wayne has 2 forehead tattoos. 1. "of" to complete "Fear of God" eyelid to eyelid. interpret that how you want. 2. above "of", appears to be a cross. Really though these lyrics could easily be written by a middle schooler, simple enough to be engrained in even the dumber minds.

*I just listened to the song because I felt like I shouldn't write all this without it. I stand by everything I said above though. There is absolutely no positive lyrics in the song. It is very depressing. The delivery is disturbing and not just because of auto-tune. Reading the lyrics is one thing but listening to it is so awful. I'm not a real believer in the whole backmasking thing, but I played this one backwords, didn't hear anything obvious though, a bit more pleasant than listening to it forwards if anything.

3.) The stuff he talks about is neither in Jr. High, nor is it simple, nor is it sidelines. He is usually representing the center of the change for every idea he represents, he's not focusing on an aspect of it, he's not giving an opinion, he's making a statement about how it is, in context with the larger view.

Killing is never necessary, but the light that is shining is still respectable. You'd have to know his career and path to understand.
