Anonymous Coward User ID: 754773 United States 06/06/2010 10:20 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It feels like a set-up disaster in which the perpetrators HAVE NO INTENTION of actually cleaning up! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 990606Could be. If so I hope THEY don't get what they want. What could THEY want? Oil taxes, higher oil prices, distraction from the foul economy and Obama's war crimes. More false justification for the needy police state. Or it could all be just a monumental fuck up. The blowout could really be beyond their ability to control and clean up. |
bamafan User ID: 970789 United States 06/06/2010 10:20 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They should throw that friggin VP in jail right now. He is a lying ahole, they can have teams of cleaners cleaning the beach. If the mayor of orange beach threw the BP VP in jail, he can have the VP's little but on the beach cleaning up tar with the other drunks. |

Phennommennonn Forum Administrator User ID: 882428 United States 06/06/2010 10:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 962426 United States 06/06/2010 10:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My brother and two other top pipe fitters for underwater broken pipes say they are going through many delays and red tape trying to get the parts ordered and sent there. They were even told they had to make sure they had all the proper papers before they could even help, so this has set them back a few days before they can even begin to help with a new plan, that they know could work. They felt they are being led around on a wild goose chase with those on top. |
Beingsouthern User ID: 947863 United States 06/06/2010 10:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm sorry to think this but I really think they are waiting for an " act of god ", namely a hurricane to complicate the cleanup process and liability. Pay lawyers to keep everything tied up in the courts. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 791458You may be on to something there. There's been a great deal of debate about what insurance policies will and will not pay if the oil gets pushed up even more so onto land by a hurricane. However, as of now...it seems the general consensus is that if your home or business is covered in oil...there is NO coverage. Last Edited by Beingsouthern on 06/06/2010 10:27 AM |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 962426Yeah, the obfuscation and ineptitude and lack of perpetrators already cooling their heels in jail bespeaks but one thing: TPTB want this SCORCHED-OCEAN disaster. It's SCRIPTED and going ACCORDING TO PLAN. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 994316 Poland 06/06/2010 10:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Funny thing: BP is talking about distributing billions (with a "B") of dollars to shareholders. Want to bet they try declaring bankruptcy before all the claims are processed and the cleanup is finished? BP has committed a crime against the US. We should be making arrests and making examples out of these monsters. Our government should seize the company and all their assets until this situation is 100% resolved. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 769199 United States 06/06/2010 10:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They didn't plan this. They are just scared shitless and trying to cover their asses. However, I want to know why all those who are always screaming against BIG GOBMENT and who are always bragging about pulling themselves up by their bootstraps are looking to BP and the government to save them? 1. The citizens of these towns need to get together and figure out how their Local and State laws match up to the Federal Laws and they need to make citizens arrests of these BP turds for treason, if possible. I'm sure they have town lawyers that could help them with this. 2. The Sherriff's need to know if and to what degree they are forced by law to cooperate with BP and the federal government. 3. Stop fucking bitchin and moaning. Start figuring out how your going to clean this shit up yourselves and bill BP. 4. Deal with the it. It's a done deal and complaining isn't going to help. This requires men and women working together. This is America, people! Now get that American Ingenuity out of the Closet and Back to Work. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 864723 United States 06/06/2010 10:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Mayor Kennon is right. Wtf is the point to even saying that!? (In defense of the south.) It was "Damn Yankees" that are at fault behind this entire situation. You don't even have the right to say anything like that; you're probably sitting on your ass drinking beer and playing video games all day. I'm sure you're so involved in the Oil spill or the fact that the South is being destroyed. And just had the need to find the time to make a hateful and derogatory comment in a time of crisis at the very people struggling in this disaster. Attacking Southerners at a time like this is just detached and insensitive. Go fuck yourself~ I mean your comment had ZERO relevance... It's times like these that freedom of speech should be thrown out the door so idiots like you could be removed from the earth to make room for someone more useful. Btw, I'm a Yankee, so don't bother replying to this with more hate. We're the same Nation u fucktard. ...And now I will stop feeding the |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 751090 Canada 06/06/2010 10:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What are people in Alabama and Florida going to do once they realize that BP now has total control over their beaches and waters. BP will do them like they did in Louisiana. Why do you think Tony Hayword walked away from it this week. He's still going to get the job done for BP, but he didn't want to be accessible because, a foreign corporation is about to put the entire gulf coast of America under marshall law and the local police forces are going to take their order from BP, not the people Quoting: Anonymous Coward 769199All you beaches are now ours! signed, BP No local Police force would even remotely consider that..... Now...arresting any BP "Talking Heads"' is more my speed. |

There are NO rigs along the Florida coasts. What's ironic is that you don't know that, yet spout off at the mouth. |

Yeah...and the endless head bobbing to boot |
