When I presented it to the interviewer, the bitch laughed and said this diploma is a joke. Wtf? I spent tons of cash getting this on-line degree. How is it a joke? I dont get it.

Because it's online. You didn't physically attend a real college and probably didn't put in the amount of time people would for the degree. Online degrees can be earned in months, maybe even weeks compared to 4 years at a college. Some employers will look beyond the paper because they want someone who put the time into it.
It sucks, especially if you spent money on it, but it's true.
