HOW TO/TECHNIQUES:


REMOTE VIEWING:

1) Focus on your 'TARGET'. Whether it's a place or person and ONLY that.

2) Clear your mind. Don't think. Try not to pretend or imagine. Focus on the 'nothingness' the black/blank space.

3) Focus on target again. Just see it in your mind then let it go. Go blank again. DON'T TRY AND FORCE A PICTURE it will only be your IMAGINATION.

4) Repeat these steps as much as you want, especially if you find your mind is getting 'off topic'. This's harder than it sounds.

5) If successful, you will see something while you're tuned into the blank/black spaces of your mind. A picture? A number? .... WRITE IT DOWN.

6) Relax. You can try again for more information or just take a break and try to figure out what you saw and what it means regarding to your target. I advice you just take a break. Ignore what u saw for now as it could falsly influence your next RV. That's why I suggest you write it down....save it for later.

7) Whenever you're ready, preferably after a good rest/break .... try steps 1-5 again. Goodluck.
