THAT is interesting! At least they had the courtesy of giving the area some warning. I remember one that happened near here a couple of years ago. Pissed the residents off big time. They decided to use the town for one of their training exercises without even a heads up to the town officials. The raid took place in the early morning hours and scared the heck out of the residents. They didn't know what was going on. Just invaded by military and black helicopters without any warning.
