When I get doom fatigue, I just get out of the house and pretend to be a sheeple. It is a relief to pretend that everything is great. It really frees you up. Go out and have fun. I know you are out of practice, but if we do have limited time, don't you want to be having fun with your time? After a couple of days, the doom pangs come back and I'm fired up again and back on glp.
