Resistance=pain. Always. Same as trying to hold one side of a polarity and avoiding the other. Whatever is resisted grows stronger. In early childhood, sometimes painful emotions are repressed as a defense mechanism, they are hidden away. Ever hide something so good that you can´t find it again? These emotions seek release by unconscious projections onto other people and situations. Feel all your feelings, good and bad, and release them. Accept deeply and completely yourself and others.
