Clear evidence of women's promiscuity throughout evolutionary history is in the size and shape of men's genitals and what men do with them.

Maybe it evolved that way because of men's distrusting, paranoid nature, and not a (percieved) promiscuity?

Just from personal experience. Men always want to protect their "property",and they think of women as their propety in some regard. (It is a deifferent kind of jealousy than a jealousy a woman feels, which is more an emotional sense of betrayal.) Men can't stand to hear about other lovers their woman might have had (even if they themselves have been with lots.) They want to be the top dog, so to speak, and are always (even subconsciously) on the look out for uspurpers. That is why they are distrusting--of their women but also of other men.

A male's distrusting nature is also evolutionary.

Look at wolves for instance. The Alpha wolf will defend his females against other males at any cost...through violence and force if necessary.

This is seen all throughout nature, not just with human males.

Explain the reason for the size, shape, and functioning of human genitalia. They are clearly designed for maximum pleasure, not just reproduction. The fact that they are also designed for maximum pleasure, necessitates that the male must be able to compensate for the females promiscuity -- this promiscuity is both natural, and relevant.
