I don’t have any of my senses telling me that there are extra-terrestrials. However, I do accept that we have the possibility of communication between time/space and, if we choose, we can call that means of communication intra-terrestrial. For example, in order to triangulate a position from a satellite, we need three points of place back to the satellite. We can reasonably think that the three measuring lines and the satellite are in the same place at the same time, but it is not reasonable to suggest that any point on the measurement lines are in the same place at the same time – because it will take 3D time to get from one place on a line to another.

I accept there is another dimension of communication and that we may reasonably call that IT for intra-terrestrial. For that matter, we might say that IT(s) is the way that VooDoo might work its black magic. Such dimensional IT may also explain something like the Stuxnet virus.

Now, who will have such IT communication? US military and NASA, plus some others. If regular military has certain ability, then so will rogue military. Remember that OP/Aco spoke of a possible “coup” in the US.

Since 9 and 11, the US has witnessed a number of instances where a rogue military faction might come into play. The Chief of the Joint Chiefs was out of the country that day, and it appears that Cheney was in control of US Air Force (non) response to the 9/11 attack on the US. The guy officially at the helm that day, Gen. Richard Meyers was appointed as Chief of Joint Chiefs of US military within a couple months.

Recall, that we still are missing a nuclear bomb from transport between one US air base and another.

Several generals have retired early, or have been ‘charged’ with something to cause major change in command.

It appeared during and immediately following Katrina, that President Bush was being escorted everywhere by military brass (on either side of him.) It was at this time that a tall board wall painted white was erected directly in front of the White House so that news reporters and the public could not see who was entering and leaving the White House. We don’t know who was in charge, just like we don’t really know who was in charge during the 9/11 attack.

Since it was naval intelligence headquarters attacked at the Pentagon on 9/11, my guess is that the major coup player is the US Navy ‘brotherhood’ and that this brotherhood receives assistance from other world navies of the brotherhood, who are the emergent Templar pirates of old.

At least in part, the US is under Admiralty Law.

Free energy device 'plans' in the brief cases? You can get them off the internet for free....

Most countries patent offices have 10's of 1,000's of free energy devices classified under military or state control lock.

Anyone in top end energy knows about them, so I doubt very much they were plans for free energy devices. An email would have served better. Assange could have arranged it..

There are revolving doors within revolving doors, wheels within wheels of corruption resulting in profound environmental toxic degradation where ever this industry operates. None of them are tidy outfits, and Darth gave them license to behave in an irresponsible manner. Darth is the grand daddy of this monumental mess.

I gather you are making reference to his personal wealth? He worked for most of that, receiving huge bonuses and stock options from Halliburton, because he, himself was on that revolving door circuit between government and the private sector.
I'm making reference to the huge amount of money flowing from the oil bidniz to the lawmakers in Congress (campaign contributions) and to the regulatory agency (Mineral Management) assigned oversight of the oil production. Mineral Management and oil industry lobbyists got busted having drug and sex parties - remember that? Cheney also insured that there was not enough funding to pay for enough oil rig inspectors, assuring everyone that the industry could police it's own safety practices. We see how that worked out.
I sense that we are talking about two different things. And, if you think that the SEC is any less corrupt, I would encourage you to take a look at the corruption on Wall Street, and where that has led.

I Want to clarify that China was not responsible for the DWH blowout but a faction of the Crown was. China also intervened to stop a second blowout attempt. This could be seen as China acting for the "Good". However further analysis and timeframe perspective coupled with the briefcase intel points in the direction that China was acting to prevent damage to the organism. China is also insisting on the use and fitting of 3x calibrators on non Odessa members to avoid damage to the organism but yet still offer control and management of its terraforming and climate inducing progress. A Further point is that another faction, closely linked to the Crown, is infiltrating the Crown to establish a working relationship with the Crown. (Again China playing all the sides)

To put it in simple terms: Since October 13th China has asked all world leaders to "Trust" them in the management of this organism and the media relations in preparing and making the global populace aware of the Arrival. The 9 Events however will cause massive loss of life, mostly to non gene descendents. I Also want to stress that although most of the events are scheduled for 2011 and 2012, the 9th and final event is scheduled for only the 28th of February 2016. Yes I said 2016, so this throws a spanner in the works of the 2012 Mayan timeline, however more and more researches are coming forward to verbalize their opinion that our Gregorian calendar is at least out with 5 years to the Mayan calendar. (This deserves a whole thread on its own which I will start at a later date when time permits)
